How Do I Use Energetic Healings
If you’ve been on my Instagram page then you’ve probably seen all the information I post about energetic healings and pairing it with different psychological methodologies. All the juiciness of combining energy work with therapy. But I get a lot of questions about what I personally use in my day to day and when things get hard.
So this week I am open up the curtains on my own personal healing journey. Because just like some of you - I have experienced quite a lot of big, heavy, and upsetting things in the last 5 years of my life and it took me some time to get here. It’s actually why I love doing what I do - because I’ve been low many times before and I don’t want others to have to spend years in a slump.
I have pretty regular routines with some of these strategies so I will walk you through what some of the things I use on a regular basis are. And of course this looks different during each new season. There are some times where I don’t do a lamenting healing for weeks. I’ve learned what works for me and when certain strategies are best to use.

This list is primarily focusing on the energetic practices that help me with my mental, emotional, and physical health. Of course I pair these with other resources and practices. But I wanted to give you a glimpse at what I am doing and why my routine looks like this.
In regards to the daily rituals most of these are pretty standard for any kind of energy worker. Protecting and grounding your energy is a must! Especially to help your physical body stay super healthy. I’ve always been a very empathetic and intuitively connected person so I pick up other people’s stuff quite easily. Cutting Cords, Grounding, Protecting, are super important for my health and ability to do the things I do. Additionally, since I was young one of the ways my mind and energy has always wanted to help is take away problems from others. Although a work in progress my energy can still do that especially when it hits some discomfort - my energy’s go to is to dig into helping someone else solve their problems.
The Future Self Embodiment healing (although it’s more of an exercise) is on the daily because it is one of the ways that helps me take bold action and overcome limiting beliefs and anxieties related to the future and present. It also helps my body become more comfortable with where I desire to go. Sometimes when it comes to our dreams it’s so vastly different that our bodies and minds can actually register it as a threat/danger and it can trigger our fight or flight response.
As for physical movement - I love moving my body. I always have. And it is a vital part of my physical, emotional healing, and ability to manifest. When we move our bodies it moves energy through us and helps prevent things from getting stuck. My body is also a huge way I receive intuition so keeping it moving allows me to strengthen how much I receive and what I receive. For my human design peeps - my strongest sense is touch. So moving my body is vital for understanding and sharing my gifts.
To simplify everything I just said - above you are looking at my soul treatment plan. I have struggled with intense grief, shame, guilt, loss of purpose, mild depression, and intense anxiety in the last 5 years. And whenever there is a transition or big emotional experience my mind’s go to is mild depression with intense anxiety. I feel it physically in my body and it causes my mind to race, self-loathing thoughts, and a neglect of self. This reaction/survival strategy used to keep me distracted for at least a week. But implementing these routines have allowed me to be able to experience upsetting things without it meaning a complete halt on my dreams, relationships, or ability to focus. I can express myself, still receive and give love, and I don’t turn on myself or abandon myself anymore.
The reason I advocate so much for approaching mental health challenges this way is because of the success I have found for myself and my daughter (I’ll share her routine below for the fellow mamas out there). I feel so much more myself, confident, and able to receive and give more when I integrate this work. And it’s what has allowed me to recover from loss of a loved one, uncertainty, single parenthood, family conflict, and past traumas.
Scarlett’s Routine:
I work with my daughter to complete this daily routine. I lead the healings and before she could start participating in the healing I did these myself. Implementing these strategies have helped her with her sleep, processing emotions, focus, and confidence.
